Welcome to FLL Workshop

We are creating Lego robotics workshops to develop the skills that children need to be successful in a FIRST Lego League competition as well as develop the confidence and joy that comes with sharing ideas and innovations in a team setting.
Come to one of our workshop events OR hold your own using our kid-tested robotics activities.

All Austin Public Library rules apply.  A child under the age of 10 may not be in a meeting room unless accompanied by a person who is at least 17 years of age, and who is responsible for the child’s behavior.

Please join us for an afternoon at the library for a workshop packed with the two most important FLL Core Values:  Kids Do the Work and Have Fun! 

The workshop is most effective if you bring a kid.  

Kids will be:

• Learning Core Values through team building games
• Practicing problem identification using Mind Maps and Empathy Maps

Coaches/Parents will be:

• Observing to see how to engage kids while they are doing all the work
• Collecting sample materials that you can take back and try out with your team
• Networking with other FLL coaches and problem solving any issues you might be having keeping your teams on track.
